We are very pleased and proud that you have chosen our hotel from among the many choices available in Feodosia. Our entire team strives to create the most comfortable conditions for you as possible.
As you know, the ruble has weakened and this has affected the costs of maintaining our hotel. As always, delicious food, cleanliness and services in a timely manner will remain the same.
Therefore, beginning this year as a courtesy to our loyal guests, breakfast is included in the price of the following rooms:
Standard Rooms – breakfast is included for three (3) guests
Junior Suites 6, 8, 19, 20 – breakfast is included for four (4) guests
Only if the number of guests exceeds 3 people in standard room or 4 people in the four junior suits mentioned above, then the guests pay extra for necessary number of breakfasts.

We are drawing your attention to specific conditions while booking:
We only work with advanced payments, the amount of which is 30% of the total sum of staying. For confirmation of your booking you should enter the money of 30% of your staying cost durin 3 woking days from the moment of the ordering. In default of advanced payment during these specified days from the moment ordering - reservation will be anulled. We have 20 rooms either standard or junior suite. Each of these rooms has an original design and all the things you need, so that our vacationers feel as comfortable as possible. Each room is equipped with AC and heat, microwave and refrigerator and is fully furnished. All the rooms have a 24-hour supply of hot and cold water.
The hotel has a card access system.
Check-out time is 12 pm.
Check-in is from 12 pm to 2 pm.
